Kate Middleton: settling into a style
Kate Middleton appears to be settling into the smart style of a working royal, if her outfit yesterday is anything to go by.
She swapped the muted colours of her engagement in Anglesey on Thursday for a vibrant red two-piece suit in St Andrews.
But the colour aside, her style was more of the same, the outfit accessorised once again with a black neckline, belt and boots.
A Clarence House spokeswoman could not give any details about the suit's designer, saying only that it was an item from Ms Middleton's own wardrobe.
She has shunned new clothes for both of her engagements as Prince William's fiance, on Thursday choosing another of her own coats, by British designer Katherine Hooker.
The coat, of Shetland herringbone with brown velvet trim, was topped with a beret by Wiltshire-based milliner Vivien Sheriff made from silk velvet and adorned with vintage buttons and a cameo brooch.
