Judge to rule on Jackson concert line-up
HIP-HOP artist Chris Brown's involvement in a Michael Jackson tribute concert will be decided in a US court.
Brown was sentenced to community service last month for assaulting R&B singer Rihanna. The producer of a special gig to commemorate the late star, to be held in Vienna this month, said a judge would rule on whether Brown was allowed to leave the United States to take part.
Jackson's brother Jermaine said he was confident Brown would appear and said he deserved forgiveness.
Jermaine hinted at a possible reunion performance by the Jackson family at the show.
The concert will also include a duet between Jermaine and Michael. Details of how the late star will take part are being kept under wraps, but organisers said it would be one of the highlights of the evening.
