GLOBAL financial services giant JP Morgan has expanded its space at Edinburgh Park.
The company is to take an additional 8000sq ft of space at Lochside View, the flagship building on the business park.
Pamela Grant, development director at Edinburgh Park owner New Edinburgh Limited, said: "This is an impressive space and is conveniently located next to the firm's existing offices."
Ben Reed, director with Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted for JP Morgan, said: "This is an important letting for the Edinburgh market as it highlights that we are still seeing growth in certain areas of financial services, an important sector for the local economy, even in tougher market conditions."
Ian Macmillan, managing director at JP Morgan Edinburgh, said "We are very excited about the expansion of our business in Edinburgh and are pleased to have secured additional high quality space in Edinburgh Park adjacent to our existing operations."
