Jenners to shut airport stores
JENNERS has revealed it is to close its shops at Edinburgh and Glasgow airports after a drop in sales due to stricter security rules.
Staff were informed of the September closures yesterday.
A spokeswoman for House of Fraser, which owns Jenners, said: "As a result of passengers being restricted in the amount they can carry through security areas . . . trade and profitability has been detrimentally impacted."
