Jazz review: Georgia Mancio

Georgia Mancio is a London-based singer with a disarmingly lovely, clear and airy voice which on faster numbers - notably Just In Time, which plays with time - resembles Anita O'Day's.

On this, her third album, she again reveals her taste for unusual material, and her knack for surrounding herself with suitably classy bandmates, including John Pearce and Kate Williams on piano. The standout is Mancio's version of Tom Waits' Take It With Me.
