Yuletide straw goat goes up in flames

Vandals in Sweden have burned down a giant straw goat meant to symbolise Christmas spirit.

The 13-metre high straw goat was engulfed in flames after three assailants struck in Gavle. The goat is an ancient yule symbol that preceded Santa Claus as the bringer of gifts.
