Tropical storm kills ten on Madagascar
AT LEAST ten people have died and 32,000 have been affected by Tropical Storm Hubert, officials in Madagascar said yesterday.
The storm hit the south-east coast of the Indian Ocean island nation on Wednesday.
Madagascar's National Office for Disaster Preparedness said many homes had been destroyed by flooding.
