Thousands protest against far right
Thousands of people have attended an anti-Nazi rally organised in Budapest by Hungarian Jewish and civic groups in protest over a far right MP’s call for the screening of Jews for national security risks.
Marton Gyongyosi of the far right Jobbik party said last Monday in the legislature it was time “to assess … how many people of Jewish origin there are here.”
