Tax police seize Bulgari assets

Italian financial police have seized €46 million (£40m) in property and other assets from Bulgari jewellers as part of a tax evasion investigation.

An official said Bulgari’s president, a legal adviser and two family shareholders were being investigated for failing to declare tax on €3 billion (£2.5bn) earned since 2006, by using foreign subsidiaries.
