Rosa set for a place of honour
CIVIL rights pioneer Rosa Parks, who died on Monday aged 92, could become the first woman to lie in honour at the Capitol Rotunda in Washington.
Her refusal to give up her bus seat to a white man in 1955 sparked the modern civil rights movement in America.
She would be the first woman and second black American to be given such a tribute.
