Rapist killers face death penalty

A COURT in Burma has sentenced two men to death for the rape and murder of a Buddhist woman whose killing last month ignited communal violence against the Muslim Rohingya minority in which more than 50 people died.

The verdict was delivered on Monday in western Rakhine state’s Kyaukphyu district.
