Man denies Benghazi attack

An Islamist militia commander has denied attacking the US consulate in Benghazi, leading to the death of US ambassador Chris Stevens.

Ahmed Abu Khattala, of the Abu Obaida Bin Jarrah militia, said he went to the consulate on 11 September to rescue trapped men. He said he was still openly working as a builder in the eastern city.
