Lion breaks through barrier at circus

Several hundred spectators had to flee a circus in Macedonia after a lion broke through a safety enclosure during a show late on Sunday in Kavadarci, south of the capital, Skopje.

The lion was stopped using a tranquilliser gun. Two other lions used in the performance were caged by handlers.
