Ghana threatened over ship seizure

Argentina has vowed to file suit against Ghana at a UN maritime tribunal tomorrow if the country does not release a naval training ship seized after creditors won a court order to keep the vessel in port.

ARA Libertad was detained in Ghana on 2 October at the request of NML Capital, which says Argentina owes it $300 million on bonds.
