Gay sex a capital crime under Khan
GAY sex was punishable by death under Genghis Khan's rule in the 13th century, Chinese researchers who spent a year compiling the Mongolian conqueror's code of laws have discovered.
Article 48 said men who "committed sodomy shall be put to death".
