Fly-by-night thief crashes on runway
POLICE in Frederick County, Maryland, US, said a homeless man tried to steal a single-engine plane, but crashed on an airport runway before he even left the ground.
Calvin Cox, 51, was charged with theft, burglary and trespass.
A police dog team found him in woods after an airport worker reported the night-time crash.
