Film-maker libel claim rejected
FILM-MAKER Michael Moore did not libel the brother of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols, a US court said last night.
The decision upholds an earlier rejection of James Nichols' suit accusing Moore of libelling him in the film Bowling for Columbine.
