Ebola under control in Uganda says WHO

THE ebola outbreak in Uganda is under control, and everyone known to have had contact with victims – a total of 176 people – has been isolated, the World Health Organisation has said.

Ebola was confirmed on 28 July, several days after the deadly disease started killing villagers in a remote corner in the west of the country.
