Cambodian PM in plea for tolerance

CAMBODIA’S prime minister has urged his people not to discriminate against homosexuals.

Premier Hun Sen spoke at a ceremony yesterday to hand land titles to villagers in southern Cambodia.

His intervention follows discussions on the subject during International Human Rights Day on Monday, including on local television.
