Aurora Batman shooting: Cryptic post on adult site
A profile picture taken from an adult dating website that police suspect to be James Holmes, the man accused of the Aurora shooting.
HE CALLED himself ‘ClassicJimbo’, posted a picture of himself with shocking red hair, and claimed to be single.
The profile, on an adult website known as AdultFriendFinder, was yesterday being investigated by Colorado police as a possible link to James Holmes, the only suspect in the Aurora shootings. Describing himself as a 24-year-old male from Aurora, Colorado, who was 6ft tall, had an athletic body type and described his education as “some grad school”, he said he was looking for “a fling or casual sex gal”.
He added: “Am a nice guy. Well, as nice enough of a guy who does these sort of shenanigans.”
The profile included a cryptic message on the top which reads, “Will you visit me in prison?” Sources at the website told the TMZ news site they have confirmed it was created by Holmes. The profile was posted at the start of July and was last accessed on Tuesday.
The image bore a striking resemblance to the picture of Holmes released by the University of Colorado-Denver, where Holmes attended grad school, save for the garish red hair.
