Asylum seeker sets himself on fire at airport

An ASYLUM seeker from Ivory Coast set himself on fire at Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci airport yesterday.

The Italian Council for Refugees said the 19-year-old had set himself on fire in a bid to avoid deportation. He was critically ill in hospital last night.
