Praise heaped on librarian

A LIBRARIAN in East Lothian has won a professional commendation for her work.

Cecilia Murray, who is an assistant on the mobile library, won a commendation from the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.

Her award resulted from a nomination by the East Lothian library service and included testimonials from the public.

Ms Murray, who lives in North Berwick, has worked for the library service for 22 years.
