You have been sending your photos as Hogamanay celebrations across Scotland get underway, and here is our gallery showing the varied ways some of you are bringing in 2011.

John Sharp took these photos of the Torchlight Procession through the centre of Edinburgh, an event which signals the beginning of the city's four-day Hogmanay celebrations.
