POLICE are hunting two masked men who forced their way into a man’s home where they assaulted and robbed him.
The pair stole money and the man’s bank cards, which they then used to withdraw a three-figure sum of cash from his account at an ATM.
The robbers forced their way into the man’s home in Johnston Crescent, Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, at around 2am on Tuesday.
They assaulted the 58-year-old victim and restrained him, then stole a small sum of cash along with his cards and some other items.
The pair obtained the man’s PIN and went to an ATM on the town’s High Street to withdraw the cash.
Police have appealed for information about the incident.
