Hoy launches Get Active scheme
OLYMPIC gold medallist Chris Hoy has helped the Scottish Association of Mental Health unveil its Get Active scheme.
Links between an active lifestyle and good mental health are well established, and Hoy – who is the charity's ambassador – said: "If everyone in Scotland just changed one aspect of their lifestyle it could make a huge difference."
