Hospitals in diet plan
A SCHEME has been launched across hospitals in Lothian to improve patients' diets.
Senior nurses at the ERI are being helped by dedicated nutrition co-ordinators who are working as part of a pilot project.
The new scheme sees a nurse and a co-ordinator help patients to get the correct food and fluids.
