Hospital workers fined for smoking
TWO hospital workers caught smoking illegally on hospital grounds have been issued with £50 on-the-spot fines by a council's "anti-smoking police".
Two workers at Ninewells hospital in Dundee have been hit with a fixed penalty notice, after being caught smoking in a loading bay on the site.
