With breathtaking views over the Kyles of Bute, this traditional barn has been converted to provide the highest standard of modern accommodation. Quality is paramount with tasteful fittings and furnishings, natural wood and flagstone floors creating an uncluttered environment. This quiet background allows you to relax and focus on the beautiful surroundings. Five minutes stroll from the house takes you to a small pebbly beach at the lochside, whilst a more strenuous climb up the crags affords an even more spectacular view. The property is likely to be a feature of your holiday, but there is excellent walking and much to see and do in the area, with visits to Tighnabruaich, Dunoon or the ferry over to the Isle of Bute, which is a haven for yachtsmen. The Cowbarn shares the access with the adjacent cottage, which is a private holiday home, but there is private parking and an exclusive, private area of garden with barbecue set aside for guests.

Ground Floor:

Generous open plan living/dining/kitchen, cloakroom with w.c., twin bedroom.

First Floor:

Capacious sitting room with large patio doors to decked balcony with breathtaking views, double bedroom, shower room.

Included:

Linen and towels provided. Oil central heating. Complimentary fuel, oil and electricity included. Colour tv, video, stereo, 4 ring hob, electric oven and combination/microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, enclosed garden with furniture.

Holiday letting manager Marjory Gibson says:

“Throw open the doors of the spacious lounge and step onto the balcony to absorb the stunning view of the Kyles of Bute.”
