Historic pub is in top three
A PUB in West Lothian has been named one of the top three real ale inns in the UK.
The Four Marys in Linlithgow took the number three spot in a list of the ten best real ale pubs with accommodation, as ranked by travellers through the website Tripadvisor.
Dating from around 1500, the Four Marys pub is recognised by CAMRA in the Good Beer Guide, and offers a range of 20 ales.
Each year it hosts a Cask Ale Festival, which this year celebrates its 24th anniversary.
The pub's beers include Belhaven and Inveralmond.
