High 5: Angela Casey
Angela Casey, 46, managing director of CM Porter Novelli, lists her top five places for kids that have great views.
1 Our Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Road. At the foot of Salisbury Crags, with a huge amount to keep the kids amused and a caf with a 360-degree view.
2 Blackford Hill. A wonderful way to see the city from the top of a 'child-sized' hill and a great little walk.
3 National Museums of Scotland, Chambers Street. The view looking up to the glass roof in the entrance hall is stunning, as is looking down on the visitors from the galleries around it. There is also an amazing view of the city from the roof.
4 Edinburgh Zoo. Only Edinburgh would have its zoo in such a spectacular position. A great place to take the kids.
5 Camera Obscura. This has to be the best way to view of Edinburgh ever. My kids love this place, particularly when the people and cars run over your hand.
