A DISABLED man has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for wasting police time after claiming he was abused on a train by Hibs fans.

The British Transport Police made an appeal last month after the 51-year-old man claimed he was verbally abused between Carntyne and Glasgow on Saturday, February 27.
