Hero Wallace voted greatest Will in history
SCOTS legend William Wallace has been voted the "greatest Will of all time" in a new poll.
English poet William Shakespeare, often considered the best playwright in literary history, was pushed into second place in the Co-operative Legal Services (CLS) survey of 3000 people.
Third place went to Willy Wonka, the chocolate maker in Roald Dahl's children's book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Prince William came fourth, followed by Hollywood actor Will Smith.
Eddie Ryan, managing director of CLS, said: "Worryingly, the same number who voted for the top five admitted they don't have a will and over half of all respondents have never discussed wills with their nearest and dearest."
