Helen Jackson's favourite Edinburgh colours
Helen Jackson, 35, an animator from Hillside, chooses her top five colours that can be seen in Edinburgh.
1 The really dark grey of the overcast sky It's so dramatic.
2 The peachy colour that the chimney pots go at sunset It's beautiful.
3 The sugared almond colour of the stonework of the Museum of Scotland It's the most gorgeous colour.
4 The colour of the daffodils on the hill going up to the Castle in spring That yellow just can't be beaten.
5 The blue colour of the sky that comes out for about two days in mid-September It's a glorious colour.
