Healthy living 'is too pricey'

MORE than a fifth of people in Edinburgh can't afford to improve their health, a study has found.

Almost as many said they don't have the time to ensure healthy eating or get regular exercise.

Researchers from health drink Yakult were in the capital recently to assess the state of the city's health.

A spokesman for the company said: "With the credit crunch biting, even those with time on their hands might face a struggle when trying to invest in their health and wellbeing."
