Healthy foods are hard to stomach
ONE in three Britons forces down foods like muesli, oily fish and spinach even though they cannot stomach them.
Over a lifetime people eat more than 4,000 portions of foods they do not like because they believe they are nutritious and healthy, research revealed yesterday.
