Healthiness is our resolution
NEARLY two-thirds of people in the Lothians will make a health-related New Year's resolution, the Scottish Government has said.
Following an official survey, it has emerged issues such as stopping smoking, drinking less and losing weight were among the priorities for people's 2010 aims.
Health secretary Nicola Sturgeon said becoming "greener" was also a popular option.
"I am pleased to see that the people of Scotland are committed to improving their health in 2010," she said. "We are determined to help the people of Scotland sustain and improve their health."
