Survivor to be face of charity campaign

A CANCER survivor has become the face of a charity campaign highlighting the importance of early detection of the disease.

Sue Vipond, 62, a retired nurse from Peebles who had ovarian cancer, will feature on posters in Cancer Research UK shops across Scotland until 9 September as part of the Spot Cancer Early campaign.
