Stepping up walk to work effort
EMPLOYEES of the city council are being urged to take part in this year's Walk to Work Week in a bid to improve the authority's carbon footprint.
Councillor Nick Elliott-Cannon, above, vice convener on finance and resources, said: "Walking to work is not only great for keeping fit, but it gives you energy and can really set you up for the day."
