Scout groups join forces in teen's memory
LEITH cubs, beavers and scouts have raised more than £500 in the memory of a teenager who died from stomach cancer.
Steven Burgess, 17, who died last June, after a brave 18-month battle with the disease, wanted a teenage cancer unit to be built at the Sick Kids Hospital.
Now, thanks to friends and relatives, that dream is to become a reality, with two rooms with beds, furnishings, and entertainment equipment to be built for 150,000.
