Runner earns Sick Kids cash

A CITY resident has raised more than £1000 for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation after successfully completing the Bangkok marathon.

Stephen Archibald, 34, from Morningside, raised almost £1200 from the annual event.

Stephen, the finance co-ordinator for the Intercollegiate Specialty Boards at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, said: “It was 42km of running in a sauna. It was very tough but four hours and 45 minutes later, I got there.”
