PEOPLE are still splashing out on looking good despite the economic downturn, according to figures out today showing a 5 per cent rise in the number of plastic surgery procedures carried out in 2008 against 2007.
Male breast reduction moved into the top five procedures for men, to correct so-called "moobs".
