Police name man killed in car crash
ONE of the two young men seriously injured when their car crashed down an embankment at an accident black spot has died in Dundee's Ninewells Hospital.
He was named by police yesterday as Donald Allan, 22, of Arbroath. He was a front-seat passenger in a Honda Civic, which left the A92 Montrose to Arbroath road at a stretch of the carriageway known as Big Tree Bends on 27 July.
