Failures over Baby P revealed in report
A LEAKED report into the death of Baby P yesterday revealed further details of the failure by authorities to save him.
The document describes how vital information about 17-month-old Baby P's background was not passed on to police and that doctors and officials missed and delayed meetings to discuss his welfare.
