Eating vegetables ‘cuts cancer risk’

Women who eat their daily recommended portions of vegetables and fruit cut the risk of developing a form of breast cancer, research has found.

Eating more vegetables is linked to a lower risk of oestrogen receptor-negative breast cancer, a study in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute said.
