Car salesman loses unfair sacking case
A CAR salesman fired after being convicted of an army pension fraud totalling almost £25,000 has lost his unfair sacking claim at a Glasgow employment tribunal.
Gulf war veteran Michael McGinley, 36, of Rutherglen, went on collecting the pension after starting work with Arnold Clark.
