Green light for car club deal
AN environmental organisation has struck a deal for its members with the City Car Club.
Those involved with Greener Leith will now be able to get a 30 per cent discount on the joining fee with the club.
As well as fitting with the organisation's environmental agenda, it is hoped the initiative will encourage more members to join Greener Leith, which is responsible for numerous schemes and projects in and around the Leith area.
It costs 5 a year to be a member of Greener Leith, with the car club discount amounting to around 50.
