Households in Grangemouth are being warned that masts bringing new 4G mobile broadband services could disrupt Freeview TV and lead to a loss of channels.

However a free service is available to make sure viewers can still watch Freeview, or are offered a suitable alternative.

Ben Roome, chief executive at 800, said: “We want to ensure that people know it’s our role to fix any disruption to Freeview due to 4G at 800 MHz and that there’s no charge.”

Viewers who experience disruption should call 0808 13 13 800.
