Going greener in New Town

MORE than £40,000 is to be spent on a pilot project designed to make the historic houses of Edinburgh's New Town more energy efficient, it emerged yesterday

Edinburgh World Heritage has given the money to Changeworks, a sustainable development organisation, to deal with the problem of making buildings more energy efficient while keeping their historic character.
