Fourth man charged with murder after Sean Hay death
A FOURTH man has been charged with murder following the death of a 23-year-old man in Edinburgh.
Sean Hay died from his injuries following the alleged attack in front of his pregnant girlfriend and her children in Wardieburn Street West, Granton, on July 22.
Brian Spiers, 29, appeared in private on petition before Sheriff Douglas Allan at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today charged with murder.
Spiers, of Royston Mains Crescent, Edinburgh made no plea and was remanded in custody.
Three other men, Guy Phillips, 28, Steven Gibb, 32, and Brian Kerr or Gourlay, 29, were charged with Mr Hay's murder earlier in the week.
