Food safety advice on the menu
A SERIES of food safety tips are to be issued by the council in a bid to reduce the number of cases of food poisoning.
Older people in particular will be targeted.
Environment leader Cllr Robert Aldridge, pictured, said: "We should not underestimate the importance of the most simple food safety tips."
